On 11 May 2022, Sze was arrested under the National Security Law for his involvement in the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund. Sze was charged with failing to apply for registration or exemption from registration for the Relief Fund within the required time.

  • Charge: Collusion with a foreign forces under the National Security Law

    Incident: On 11 May 2022, Hui was arrested under the National Security Law for his involvement in the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund.
