Denise Ho is an independent Hong Kong singer, actress and pro-democracy activist. Ho was charged with failing to apply for registration or exemption from registration for the Relief Fund within the required time.

Charge: Collusion with a foreign forces under the National Security Law

Incident: On 11 May 2022, Hui was arrested under the National Security Law for his involvement in the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund.
