• Charge: Colluding with foreign forces under the National Security Law

• Incident: Elizabeth Tang was arrested on 9 March 2023 after visiting her husband Lee Cheuk-yan at Stanley Prison for colluding with foreign forces under the National Security Law. Lee is remanded in custody on “inciting subversion of state power” under the National Security Law in relation to his role in the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China.
