Hui Po-keung was arrested by the Hong Kong National Security Department on 11 May 2022 for his involvement in the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund. Hui was charged with failing to apply for registration or exemption from registration for the Relief Fund within the required time.

    Incident: As a Trustee of the 612 Humanitarian Relief Committee, he was arrested for failing to apply for registration or exemption from registration within the required time.

  • Charge: Collusion with a foreign forces under the National Security Law

    Incident: On 11 May 2022, Hui was arrested under the National Security Law for his involvement in the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund.
