Tang Ngok-Kwan is a former standing committee member of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China who was arrested on 9 September 2021 for “failing to comply with a notice to provide information.”

Incident: Tang was one of few who failed to provide national security officers with details about the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China’s members, financial reports and activities.
Sentencing: 4.5 months’ imprisonment
