Incident: The four defendants, in this case, are Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements of China, Lee Cheuk-yan (64 years old), Albert Ho Chun-yan (69 years old) and Chow Hang Tung (36 years old). Four persons are charged with inciting others to organize, plan, carry out or participate in the implementation of acts aimed at subverting state power by illegal means from 1st July 2020, to 8th September 2021, in Hong Kong. The fundamental system of the People's Republic of China established or the overthrow of the central government organs of the People's Republic of China.
