Chan Tsz-wah is a former member of Stand with Hong Kong, who was arrested on 10 October 2020 for conspiracy to collude with foreign forces and conspiracy to assist criminals.

Charges: (1) Conspiracy to collude with foreign forces to endanger national security; (2) Conspiracy to assist criminals
Incident: Accused of conspiring with Jimmy Lai, Mark Herman Simon and Andy Li between July 2020 and February 2021 to lobby external forces to impose sanctions on Hong Kong and China
Sentencing: Awaiting sentencing and has recently testified for the prosecution in Jimmy Lai’s trial
