Charges: (1) Acting with seditious intent and (2) Five counts of money laundering
Incident: Wan was accused of four counts of intending to “bring hatred or contempt, or excite disaffection” against the central and SAR governments, through his online radio shows on 8 August, 15 August, 5 September and 10 October in 2020. While in custody, he was charged with five additional counts of money laundering and one count of sedition. (The Standard)
