3 men and 2 women, aged between 15 and 33, were arrested for rioting in Tuen Mun during the anti-government protests. Two of them were also charged with possessing objects with the intent to destroy or damage property. A security guard, aged 50, was arrested for incitement to inflict grievous bodily harm with intent after he posted a message online which allegedly urged people to kill senior officers in the force (RTHK).
Former lawmakers Wu Chi-wai, Chu Hoi-dick and Leung Kwok-hung were among eight pro-democracy activists arrested for unlawful assembly on July 1. A former director and an employee of Good Neighbourhood North District Church, a local church that helped mediate between officers and anti-government protesters, were arrested on suspicion of fraud and money laundering (RTHK).

Arthur Yeung, a CUHK graduate who ran in the district council elections, and 7 people were arrested over their alleged participation in the graduation day protest at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Sha Tin (RTHK). 3 of them were arrested for having "incited secession" in violation of the national security law (RTHK, HKFP).
5 December:
2 men in charge of a restaurant, aged 25 and 29, were arrested for possessing weapons and items “fit for unlawful purposes”. The restaurant, Jie Genge, is well-known for its support for the anti-government movement (RTHK).

A 20-year-old university student was sent to jail for 8 months for possessing weapons and items “fit for unlawful purposes” by carrying a laser pointer and a spray paint bottle (RTHK).

Pro-democracy activists Joshua Wong, Agnes Chow and Ivan Lam were jailed for their roles in an anti-government protest. Wong, 24, was sent to jail for 13.5 months for organising the assembly and inciting others to join. Chow, 23, was sent to jail for 10 months for inciting people to join the demonstration. Lam, 26, was sent to jail for 7 months for the incitement charge (RTHK).
Baptist University student union leader, Keith Fong, aged 22, was arrested for possessing offensive weapons by carrying laser pointers in Sham Shui Po (RTHK).

Taxi driver Chan Ming-kwai, aged 59, and Wong Yam-choi, aged 29, were sent to jail for 3 years and 8 months for rioting and wounding with intent at an event marking the death of university student Chow Tsz-lok (RTHK).

Pun Ho-chiu, aged 31, was sent to jail for 21 months for taking part in an illegal assembly, criminal damage and assaulting a police officer. He threw eggs at police officers and the force's headquarters in Wan Chai during an anti-government protest (RTHK).
