Tommy Yuen Man On, Pro-democracy singer and activist
Tommy Yuen Man On will be mentioned at court for his charge of doing an act or acts with seditious intention. Yuen's social media posts and online concert were accused of inciting citizens' hatred towards the Hong Kong government. (Case no.: WKCC626/2022)

Fanling Magistrates' Courts (3pm, No.6, 7/F) - Sentencing
Lo Chun Yu, Tuen Mun district councillor
Lo Chun Yu will be sentenced for his charge of giving false information to attempt to mislead a police officer with intent. He was arrested in November 2020 after posting on Facebook claiming that police officers had threatened him with swear words when he was helping protestors in Yuen Long. The police countered his allegations and Lo had to apologise and delete the post. (Case no.: FLCC701/2021)

West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts (2:30pm) - Mention
Winnie Yu Wai Ming, founder and former chairwoman of the Hospital Authority Employees Alliance, a union that emerged from the pro-democracy movement in 2019
Winnie Yu Wai Ming will be mentioned for violating bail conditions. On 7 March 2022, Yu was arrested on suspicion of violating her bail conditions by making comments online that could endanger national security. She was released on bail last July after being charged with conspiracy to subvert state power over an unofficial primary election for the Legislative Council in 2020. Yu's bail conditions include refraining from all acts and speeches that could endanger national security, including taking interviews, as well as running, organising and coordinating any elections. She was detained when she reported back to the Sha Tin Police Station.

Eastern Magistrates' Courts (No.1, 6/F, 2:30pm) - Plea
Alexandra Wong Fung Yiu
Alexandra Wong Fung Yiu will enter a plea for her charges of taking part in unlawful assembly. She was arrested for her participation in unlawful assemblies on 11 August 2019 in Quarry Bay and Sai Wan Ho. (Case no.: ESCC99/2022)
West Kowloon Magistrates' Courts (No.3, 4/F, 10:45pm) - Mention
Koo Sze Yiu
Koo Sze Yiu will be mentioned at court for attempting to do or making any preparation to do an act or acts with seditious intention. The veteran activist was arrested on 4 February ahead of a planned protest against the Beijing Winter Olympics outside government offices. His bail was denied and he has been remanded in custody since. (Case no.: WKCC481/2022)

District Court (No.32, 10/F, 10:30am) - Verdict
Tam Tak-chi would receive a verdict for his 14 charges that involve 3 cases, including 7 counts of "uttering seditious words," 1 count of "conspiracy to utter seditious words," 3 counts of "disorderly conduct in a public place," 1 count of "holding or convening an unauthorised public assembly," 1 count of "refusing or wilfully neglecting to obey an order given by an authorized officer" and 1 count of "incitement to knowingly take part in an unauthorised assembly." (Case no.: DCCC 930/2020, DCCC 927/2020, DCCC 928/2020)
In the first case, Tam was arrested in Causeway Bay on 24 May 2020 for holding or convening an unauthorised public assembly to protest against the national security law. He was also charged with refusing or wilfully neglecting to obey an order given by an authorized officer, disorderly conduct in a public place and uttering seditious words.
In the second case, he was arrested for his part in organising street booths between March and July 2020. He was charged with uttering seditious words, disorderly conduct in a public place and conspiracy to utter seditious words. He was accused of uttering seditious words that caused hatred or contempt to the Hong Kong government.
In the third case, he was accused of inciting others to participate in an unauthorised assembly and uttering seditious words at Tai Po on 17 January 2020.
