Former Sha Tin district councillor Li Chi Wang will be heard for his charge of behaving in a noisy or disorderly manner in a public place. On 24 May 2020, he was arrested during a rally against the national security law in Causeway Bay. He was present at the scene to monitor the rally and police operations. He said he was arrested after accusing the officers of attaching him. He refused bail and was later released by the police. On 17 November 2020, he was formally arrested. (Case no.: ESCC2480/2020)

Jannelle Rosalynne Leung They will be handed down reasons for judgment. On 4 June 2020, Wong and Leung joined an illegal assembly. They were sentenced to 10 months and 4 months of imprisonment respectively on 6 May 2021. On 19 January 2022, Wong won his appeal to reduce his jail term by 2 months. Leung's appeal was rejected.
