High Court - Trial, 10:30am HKT

  • Tong Ying-kit

Tong Ying-kit was charged with incitement with secession under the National Security Law. The case will be heard by national security judges and no jury.

Eastern Magistrates’ Court - Pre-trial Review, 2:30pm HKT

  • Lam Cheuk-ting (Update: next hearing on 5 August 2021)

Lam Cheuk-ting was charged with three counts of disclosing the identity of people under investigation related to the 7.21 Yuen Long Attack incident in Hong Kong.

  • Jimmy Lai Chee-ying (Update: next hearing on 27 July 2021)

Jimmy Lai was charged with 1) collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security, 2) conspiracy to commit collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security; and 3) conspiracy to do an act or a series of acts tending and intended to pervert the course of public justice.
