Tong Ying-kit
Update: Nine years imprisonment
Tong was sentenced to six and a half years for the incitement to secession charge and eight years for committing acts of terror. Taking the totality principle into account, the court said Tong is to serve two and half years of his sentence for the terrorism offence consecutively with the 6.5-year prison term for the National Security charge so the total is nine years.

Tong Ying-kit
Tong Ying-kit was charged with incitement with secession under the National Security Law. The case will be heard by national security judges and no jury.
District Court - Hearing, 10:00am HKT, Open Court
Tam Tak-chi
Tam Tak-chi was charged with incitement to knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly, holding or convening an unauthorized assembly and uttering seditious words in January and between March and July in 2020.

Jimmy Lai Chee-ying
Jimmy Lai was charged with 1) collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security, 2) conspiracy to commit collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security; and 3) conspiracy to do an act or a series of acts tending and intended to pervert the course of public justice.

47 pro-democracy politicians and activists
They were charged with conspiracy to commit subversion under the National Security Law for their organisation and participation in a primary election in July 2020.

West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts - Return Day, 2:30pm HKT
Andy Li Yu-hin
Andy Li was charged with 1) conspiracy to commit collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security, 2) conspiracy to assist offender and 3) possession of ammunition without a licence.
