WATCH: Benedict Rogers' Interview on BBC World following Five Eyes' Statement on Hong Kong

Hong Kong Watch's Chief Executive Benedict Rogers was on BBC World this morning, following the Five Eyes' Joint Statement raising serious concern on Hong Kong and China's breach of its international obligations.

Ben said: "If the 5 Eyes countries together can follow up their statement with coordinated targeted sanctions, that can be very effective."
