On UK’s considering withdrawal of British judges from Hong Kong due to the city’s deteriorating autonomy. Benedict commented: “If the time comes when foreign judges are withdrawn, the countries that have foreign judges in Hong Kong should do it together. UK, Canada, Australia and possibly New Zealand should do it in one go together and have a united front on this rather than doing it in a piecemeal way.”
